Riley turns 1

Turning 1 is a Milestone for both baby and the parents. There are so some many changes that happen during the 1st year, that is such a joy capturing a babies 1st birthday. Riley was a riot. She made so many different faces that I couldn't stop taking pictures of her. I ended up with more good ones then I knew what to do with. During the editing process, it was so hard to delete any and narrow it down, because I just loved all her "faces." It was even harder for mom and dad to choose which pictures they liked. In the end we created lots of collages to showcase more photos. Here a some of them...

Of course, big sister Makayla had to get in on the action as well. She was not camera shy at all. She worked it and loved every minute of it. She didn't want me to stop taking pictures of her. Every time I would think we were done, she would strike another pose. It was so cute and lots of fun. She is a great big sister!

A wonderful family!

Tammy is a mother to 5 wonderful children...Brooke, Madison, Branson, Olivia & Peyton. This was one of my harder photo shoots, because I have never worked with so many kids before, but it was so much fun and we really did have a good time taking these pictures. The kids were full of ideas and all really loved the camera. If it weren't for us running out of daylight, I think the kids would have wanted to keep taking pictures. Look all the way to the bottom, because I saved the best for last. :) Enjoy!

My nephew James got into this picture with them. So cute!

We had to throw in a little bit of fun.

Josh & Emily Engagement

Josh & Emily are in love and ready to be husband & wife. During our photo shoot, that was apparent. Even with the late start that we got, which ended in us finishing our photos in the dark, they did an amazing job with no complaints. They got engaged at this lighthouse so it only seemed fit that we go back there to get some engagement pictures. The dock where Josh is down on 1 knee is actually where he proposed for real.

Josh is my brother-in-law and when he told me he was getting married, I didn't believe him. Coming from someone that I didn't think was going to get married for years, Jason & I were in shock. To top that off, they don't want a long engagement and are planning a September 25th wedding this year. Just another reason for us to take a trip home :)

I am happy for them and I wish them a lifetime of happiness. I had a blast doing their engagement pictures and I cannot wait to photograph their wedding. Love you guys!

Jen & Ryan Engagement

On August 2, Jen & Ryan met me at Westwood Park in Lancaster, NY to do some engagement pictures. They had a few ideas in mind and once we started the ideas just kept flowing. Despite the really hot weather, Jen & Ryan were real troopers and we got some amazing shots to prove it. Ryan is my cousin and I am so happy that he has found his true love. I cannot wait for the wedding, which is next summer. They are a beautiful couple and I hope you enjoy their pictures as much as I do.
